Peewee baseball has three levels for the various skill and commitment levels of our players.
Peewee AA & A start to play more traditional rules where leading, stealing and balks come into play. Peewee B plays with the same rules as Mosquito AA & A, but with larger field dimensions.
Peewee AA Lac St-Louis Tigers
The Peewee AA level has two teams representing the Lac St-Louis Region, featuring the top players from every association within the Region. For more information on the Tigers, please visit their web site – Lac St-Louis Tigers.
Peewee A Expos
The Expos play a 22 game regular season schedule in the Ligue de Baseball Lac St-Louis against teams from:
- Pierrefonds
- West Island
- Valleyfield
- Lachine
- St-Laurent
- St-Lazare
- Presqu’Ile
- Suroit
- Lakeshore
In addition to the regular season, the team will participate in 1-3 tournaments and then the Regional Playoffs, the winners of which, will represent the Lac St-Louis region in the Provincial championships.
The season runs from late May through early September and players are expected to maintain a full level of commitment to the team from the beginning to the end of the season. The schedule slows down in July in recognition of the traditional summer vacation season.
If this schedule and expected level of commitment do not fit with your summer baseball philosophy, players and families should consider our excellent B House League program.
Peewee B
Peewee B is recreational or house league and our teams play in the DPSL League against teams from:
- St-Laurent
- Pierrefonds
The regular season schedule runs from late May through early August with the playoffs and Regionals following immediately.
