2019 Annual General Meeting

The proposed slate of candidates has been added to the AGM notice. Per the DABA constitution, any applicants not on the slate have 72 hours to inform in writing that they wish to run for election for the position for which they applied.

You are hereby invited to attend our Annual General Meeting that will be held on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Civic Centre Amphitheatre (12001 Salaberry Blvd, Dollard-Des-Ormeaux).

If you are interested, you are also welcome to submit your candidacy for a position on our Executive Board by sending your application in writing by September 25th, 2019 to:

The positions up for election this year are the following: VP Participation, VP Technical, Registrar, Equipment Manager, Umpire in Chief, Director of Coach Development, Member at Large #2.

You will find below the proposed agenda of the meeting. Please note that the parents of our minor age players represent their children and are voting members of DABA, as are all DABA volunteers. We look forward to receiving your comments and suggestions regarding our program. We hope you will take the time to attend so that we can continue to improve the organization of an excellent baseball program in Dollard.
